Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Quarterly orders (three vials per peptide every 90 days) ship free. Monthly orders carry a $15 shipping charge; any order of $350 or more ships free.
How billing works
At checkout your payment method is saved but not charged. A physician reviews your screening; if approved, your card is charged and the order ships. If the physician does not approve a product, you are not charged for it.
Vael products are subscriptions. Each renewal is reviewed by a physician before your card is charged again. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before the next renewal under Manage Subscription in your profile or by emailing support@vaelrx.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund a charge already approved and processed, because prescription medications cannot be returned. Full terms are in the Terms of Service.
Vael is direct-pay. We do not bill insurance.
